Ability to Group Room Types
We have areas that are different "room types" but sold similarly and physically in the same area (cleaned together), it would be great to be able to group these by Floor, or Room type rather than printing by Site Type (as we might have (for example) a disabled room, or a twin vs king bed so requires a slightly different "type" which is then printed on a different page (Note: We do not have room numbers in order as some room numbers are repeated)) this would save paper! This would be same for occupancy % as we have 4 "room types" that are similar and could be grouped by "floor" to affect the total occupancy for the group rather than the room alone

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS is the ability to setup Groupings and apply these to Categories (Room Types) which can then be used to display by the selected Grouping on reports such as the Housekeepers Report.

For your circumstances described you could setup Category Groupings by ‘Floor’ and use these to group together the Areas for cleaning on the Housekeepers Report.
