Service Requests ... saving as drafts?
The opportunity to go back to the database to check on information in a service request would be a good feature.
It's frustrating when needing to provide lots of detail to not be able to go back into the database.
Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in all versions of RMS is the ability to right click a menu item, hyperlinked reservation or account number and select ‘Open in new tab’ on the browser.
To simplify logging a service request in the scenario you have described we recommend opening the Service Request screen in a new tab to leave your main RMS window available for reference or continuation of work.
