Add a date range option to the housekeepers report so you can notify staff of assigned cleans in advance
We have cleaning contractors not an inhouse cleaning team. Consequently cleaners need to know when they have work on in advance. Currently the housekeepers report only allows to see the cleans for 1 date which is useless. Everything is there for it to be a fantastic facility but the thing missing is a date RANGE option. With a date range you can then select the housekeeper assigned to the area and notify them in advance all their cleans in advance for say a month or 2 in advance and then schedule it as a report.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS is the Housekeeper Forecast Report which can be generated for a date range and grouped by Housekeepers.

The housekeeping forecast report does not give enough information. The "housekeepers" report gives all of the information that we require, we just need more than 1 day at a time.
I am currently having to run this report manually 7 times for each date in the week simply because your software doesn't give us the option to run it for a range. The format of the report is already split according to date, but it is limited by your system to showing only a single date.
I understand that you think that the HK forecast is most appropriate, however that report doesn't give us all of the information that we require. Would you please enable running the housekeepers report on a date range.

I am assuming that this request is for the Housekeeping Roster report. I would also like to be able to generate this report for a range of dates.

Thank you for providing additional information on the feature you are looking for, we have updated the below suggestion to add the ability to Group by Housekeeper & Area (displaying both) on the Housekeeper Forecast Report which can already be run by a date range.

The Housekeeper Report is designed to be for a single date range as it provides a detailed list of reservation and Housekeeping Task information for that date whilst the Housekeeper Forecast Report can be generated for a date range as it shows the totals of tasks required on each date in the selected date range.

this report you have suggested doesnt give me what i am after. It just has some report of numbers. I am looking for a list that says cleaner Mary has a clean on x y z dates and the name of the area she is cleaning
