Single report showing list of all arrivals, departures and mid-stay for a range of dates
All PMS that I have used to date (Hirum, REI Master, Puma, Resly) have a report that gives a full overview of everything that is happening on a day, and can be generated for a range of dates.
We give this report for the next week to our housekeeping supervisor who uses it to generate staffing forecasts. It includes all notes and info regarding the bookings so that we can see if a room is locked down or needs extra work, we can see if a room is back to back or just a departure with no arrival.
The housekeeping forecast report is too minimal and doesn't show all information that is required to properly forecast our staff. We cannot see if a departure is also an arrival, we can't see the notes which tell us if a clean is a major clean or a minor clean which dramatically affects the time needed to be allocated.
The current housekeeper report can only be run for a single date but otherwise gives most of the information. It doesn't list the arrivals and notes, but we have added a pre-arrival check housekeeping task which essentially provides this information for us. If this report could be extended to show a range of dates it would likely fulfil our requirements.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in all versions of RMS is the Arrival/Departure/Stayover Forecast Report which can be generated for a date range and will provide an overview of all Arrivals, Departures and Stayovers for each date within the selected date range.
Go to Reports > Daily > Arr Dep SO Forecast in RMS to use this report and let us know if there is any further information you would like to see included on this report in the future.

You keep responding to everyone's messages that this is currently available, but it is not.
What we need is:
* how many departures are B2B arrivals? We don't always clean a room if it isn't back to back.
* housekeeping notes to determine time for clean (e.g. 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms), and even if it is a clean. e.g. if the checkout is followed by major maintenance work then we won't clean it. This info would be in the notes.Neither of the forecast reports provide this information and cannot be easily changed to provide it.
The Reports > Daily > Housekeepers report gives us everything we need, except you restrict this report from being run for a period. It should be relatively easy to permit this to run for a period, and it would solve the problem.
