Add an option to hide Cancelled Reservations in the Guest Portal and an option to remove 'Payment' on Cancelled Reservations.

We are getting quiet a few guests double paying accommodation charges via the guest portal for prepaid bookings.
We have the option to hide accommodation charges when the bill to is not client, but the payment button is still available.
We need to option to hide the payment button when the bill to is not client.
