How can we improve RMS?

Change the colour of the booked site on the interactive map from white to red

When a site is booked it is blocked out in white. This means nothing to a customer, if the colour was Red to show unavailable sites, this would be more prominent as Red is an universal colour that mean stop/unavailable.

Currently available in all versions of RMS is the ability to setup the colour overlays used on the Interactive Map.
