All our guest interactions are routed through the RMS , which is essential for providing a seamless experience. However, RMS is currently configured to send text messages (SMS) using a virtual phone number. This configuration is preventing SMS messages from reaching our international guests.

Current Setup: RMS uses a virtual phone number.
Problem: SMS messages sent from a virtual number are not delivered to international guest numbers.
