Subject: Feature Request – Daily Percentage-wise Guest Status Report by Property

Dear RMS Cloud Team,

I would like to request a feature enhancement to generate a daily percentage-wise report for each property (or selected properties) within the RMS system, based on guest status categories.

Currently, our housekeeping team is manually submitting this report, but we believe that integrating it into the system would significantly improve accuracy, efficiency, and smart monitoring.

Feature Overview:
The report should display the count and percentage of total bookings for each of the following guest status categories (as seen in the RMS interface):

Expected Arrivals

Arrivals Yet to Pre Check In

Checked In

In House Guest

Day Use

Checked Out

Expected Departures

Departing

No Show

Cancelled

Expected Report Format (Example):
Status Count % of Total Bookings
Expected Arrivals 15 12%
Checked In 20 16%
In House Guest 60 48%
... ... ...
Total Bookings 125 100%
Feature Requirements:
Ability to generate the report per property or for multiple selected properties.

Automatic daily generation of the report (at a configurable time).

Option to export the report in Excel or PDF.

Include filter options for date and property.

Ideal for use in daily management meetings and housekeeping coordination.

This feature would not only reduce manual effort but also ensure consistency and data accuracy across our operations. We believe it aligns with RMS Cloud’s vision of a smarter and more efficient property management system.
