To Generate Group Confirmation Letters from the Group Master Containing Key Info
We are looking into creating a confirmation letter for groups, where we can generate a table from the Group Master in one go, which contains information for individual/sibling bookings within the group. The current merge fields do not allow us to capture the information we need on a single table. The table should include:
Group Confirmation Number - 16235389
Sibling Conf Numbers
Guest Name
Arrival Date
Departure Date
No of Adults and Children
Room Type
Number of Nights
Nightly Rate (excluding taxes)
Total Rate (excluding taxes)
Example:
16235390 Mr Nicky Chan 01-May-25 05-May-25 1 / 0 Studio Executive Suite 4 348.50 1,394.00
16235391 Ms Amanda Sow 01-May-25 05-May-25 2 / 0 Studio Premier Suite 4 358.50 1,434.00
16235392 Mr Solomon Lota 01-May-25 05-May-25 2 / 1 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite 4 600.00 2,400.00

• Each line pertains to information for the corresponding sibling bookings
• Room Type is being extracted from the Long Description (not the room type code ie 1EXE AOS, but we need 1-Bedroom Executive to show)

Hello! I hope you can also improve your correspondence wherein we are able to pull out or create a group confirmation for all the rooms, details, and sundries inside the group.
E.g. there are 5 rooms with different dates, # of pax and different sundries posted per room, I wish we can populate all these details in 1 confirmation if we pull out the correspondence from the master.
