Customizable User Roles & Permissions – Greater Flexibility for Multi-Team Environments
We’d love to see more flexibility in managing user roles and permissions within RMS. Currently, permission settings are somewhat limited when it comes to tailoring access for different departments or teams such as Sales, Maintenance, or Admin. A feature that allows customers to create custom roles with detailed access control would be incredibly valuable. This could include the ability to assign permissions by specific module, like Housekeeping or Reporting, and apply role templates across multiple properties or user groups.
This would enhance data security by limiting access only to what's necessary, improve workflow efficiency by helping teams focus on relevant tools, and make RMS more scalable and adaptable for multi-property or enterprise-level operations.
Would love to know if others feel the same way or if something like this is already being developed!
