Is there a way to make links in SMS messages always appear as hyperlinks?

Hi geometry dash scratch

I noticed that when sending SMS messages containing links, some phones will automatically convert the URL into a hyperlink, but others will not. The recipient then has to copy-paste the link, which is quite inconvenient.

Does anyone know a way to ensure that links in SMS messages always appear as clickable (hyperlinks)? Do I need to use a special format or a link shortener?
