RMS Pay - Portal for Pay by Link Transaction Detail
It would be very helpful to be able to see transaction details for Pay by Link transactions so we could see why a customer's payment failed. Currently the customer only gets a 'something went wrong' message so we end up getting calls as they think it's our system that has an issue. And we then need to contact RMS Support for more information.
When this is supplied by RMS (as they have access) the reasons supplied can be the following, suspected fraud, insufficient funds or authentication failed. It would be great if we could see this information so we could advise the customer. Something went wrong seems to imply it's a software flaw rather than an issue with their card. Even if the message said "something went wrong, please contact your bank" would be more helpful.
