Need the completion of the Pre-check in to be a trigger for email and/or sms correspondence
As more and more properties move to contactless check in, creating a trigger for the completion of the precheck - in, that could then send arrival information would be really helpful. Currently, if a guest completes the pre-check in after my office has closed, the guest doesn't automatically receive their arrival email unless I manually send it. This is not ideal since the goal is as fully an automated system as possible. I am aware that there are triggers for arrival times, but to ensure that the guest has signed the appropriate liability waiver before checking in, it is not the best work flow for arrival emails to be sent indiscriminately just based on time before arrival. So I am requesting that a trigger be added for the completion of the pre-check-in. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I think this would be a valuable addition, not just for my property, but for many others.
