This feature introduces real-time editing alerts to prevent these issues and improve coordination.

When a reservation is being edited, the system will show a clear warning such as: “This reservation is currently being edited by [Staff Name]”, along with the department and editing time.

If another user tries to edit at the same time, the system can:

Display a conflict warning before saving changes
Prevent overwrite or allow controlled merging of updates
Highlight fields that have been changed by another user

Optionally, the system can also provide real-time updates when changes are saved, including who made the update and what was modified.

This feature reduces errors, avoids data loss, and improves teamwork efficiency in busy hotel operations.
