Mobile check in
With mobile devices being the most carried item by both business and leisure guests we need to be able to let guests 'check in' (groups excluded) before arriving. Most other big software providers already have this. By checking in before arrival - it almost creates an 'express' check in at the front desk where the guest has already pre-filled the registration card, provided cc details and accepted the T&C...all that's left is to collect the key.

The RMS Guest Portal available with RMS 9+ can be setup to allow guests to manage their own reservations, including self check-in and check-out as well as payments if using a Payment Gateway with RMS.
