Resinstate the function that allows you to search & select/replace a repeat guest profile in existing bookings
This function was available until fairly recently - the new way of matching repeat guest profiles is not time effective

I have been wondering about this as well; RMS 8 was great in that you could change a client without having to click through to a different tab; was dissapointed to see this functionality removed in RMS 9

This functionality is highly useful. Not only does it allow you to replace a guest, it is also a safe guard on accidentally overriding another guests profile.

Totally agree - saves time and is more efficient as we do not always have the correct guest details.
