RMS User Suggestions

RMS User Suggestions enables RMS customers to add new feature suggestions they would find of benefit as well as vote on suggestions made by other customers.

All feedback is actively monitored by RMS Product Development with the highest voted suggestions reviewed for inclusion in a future development cycle.

The more votes a suggestion receives by customers the sooner it goes for consideration into a future development cycle.

  1. Please add a Find Next option to the RMS Booking Chart

    I would like a find next available option on the booking chart. For example I have waterfront cabins and holiday makers will travel when they are available, I want to be able to find next on the booking chart rather than scrolling through

  4. I would like Group Allotments to show on the booking chart for companies that mainly choose to utilize that chart rather than the Availiblit

    I would like Group Allotments to show on the booking chart for companies that mainly choose to utilize that chart rather than the Availability Chart.
    While allotments reduce in the AC, there is room for error on the BC. If this were fixed, we could then use the Group Code that was enticing to us when we joined RMS last year.

  6. Online group bookings entering each units guest details at the time of booking

    Group bookings online, make guests enter the correct information of the person staying in that unit. When booking for example 4 sites online, it mirrors the main guest booking. In reality the guest cannot physically stay in 4 different units. It would be nice for all information to be collected at the time of booking, if adding a unit insert guest details, reservation details with number of adults and kids etc. Then continue on with the booking.

  7. Scan barcodes to search through extras quicker.

    It would make adding new inventory received much faster if you could scan the barcode to search for that specific item within extras rather than having to scroll or type in the name. Would streamline the process of adding inventory to take much less time.

  8. Log all changes to profiles in the Audit Trail

    This is a suggestion. When changes are made in the Profiles, the Audit Trail does not show every change. I feel it would be very important to have every/any change shown in the Audit Trail and who made the change.

  9. Optimization for Available unsold Nights

    Since we are a seasonal business, getting the most out of the 3 months is important. We spend hours each week going through the booking chart moving reservations to back up other reservations within the same site type. Therefore there are no "holes" and hoping to move the reservations so guests do not have to jump from one cottage to another, in order to stay with us 3 nights. It would be nice if managers had the ability to hit 1 button that states "optimize" so that it would shuffle the sites to open up longer stays in a row.…

    A section on the guest profile to have optional pronouns for guests, similar to titles mr. miss. dr. prof, etc. Optional for guests to fill out on direct bookings.
