Accounts Receivable
In the AR section it would be great if the comment from the general section can be display in the AR section. This will help the finance team to get some quick basic information relating to that AR and if it is outstanding

Update the Requirements screen to show a Status column
It would be very helpful to show the Status of a requirement (e.g. Finished, Outstanding etc) as a column on the Requirements screen (both the actual requirements screen and the requirements at the bottom of a reservation). Otherwise you have to click on each requirement to open it to check it's status.

Add hyperlink to SMS
It would be great to be able to use hyperlinks in SMS messages to send customers to web pages with terms and conditions, pet policies, information for late arrivals, park maps, Chill Guy Clicker etc. 160 characters is often not enough to get the message across, and cutting and pasting tiny URLs seems so old-fashioned, both for us and the customer with a smart phone.

I appreciate all the hard work you put into making RMS a robust and versatile platform. One feature I believe could significantly improve the user experience is expanded customization options for the user interface.

Traces
Currently there is no visual differentiation in the reservation tab to for both traces and requirement. it will be great if an additional column can be added so the user know which one has been loaded

the function to auto-generate an invoice when the booking is made (and save it for portal access by a guest)
It would be great to have the functionality to auto-generate an invoice when a booking is made.
Basically that it generates, creates that invoice number and is then saved in the reservation (similar to building one now and choosing print, and when you want to view or save it).
Then once the invoice is generate, guests can access it via their guest/client portal.
This would streamline processes immensely and save guests needing to request an invoice, but not have it emailed.

Visual status on to do chart
Right now when we open the To Do Chart its very hard to visualize if a task has already been completed or if it is still pending.
It would be great if the completed tasks would be crossed over or change color. Same thing for overdue tasks.

Portal link able to be sent to added guests on a reservation and to have their own account not reservation account
We are a ride park which requires all adult guests to agree to and sign their own legal documents before arrival at the park. Also these additional guests would need their own account to pay for their own riding fees etc
We cannot use the additional guest feature in RMS reservations because it sends the link to the main guests portal not the additional guests portal and does not allow for them to have their own account

I would like 2nd deposits due to show on the Overdue Deposit List for Master Reservations.
Currently if the RMS reservation is listed as Master, the 2nd deposit is not showing, nor does the individual reservations show up on the Overdue Deposit Report. Could we either have a) Individual reservations on overdue deposit report or b) master reservation on overdue deposit report.

Grid Optimization
We would like to suggest a grid optimization feature to help prevent the creation of one-night gaps (orphan nights) in the booking grid. This would allow properties to automatically restrict arrivals that would create single-night gaps during high-demand periods, with the flexibility to apply rules by date range, season, or area/category. It would also be helpful to allow these orphan nights to be released within a defined last-minute window (for example, 1–2 days prior to arrival). Ability to click multiple messages in the message centre to archive or acknowledge
There needs to be a way to be able to select multiple messages in the message centre to archive them or mark acknowledged, especially for those in the Online section relating to connection issues.
I have multiple (thousands!) regarding a notification for 2 property ID's for our Agoda connection and they keep coming, with over 100 per day whilst I'm working through fixing the issue. I need to be able to remove these notifications (similar to filing multiple emails at once) so that it removes the clutter from the message centre, and reflects a true number for the notifications that…

I would like an option to reactivate all expired scheduled reports at once
When reports are set to expire in your message centre, you have to manually reactivate each one every 90 days. While reactivating the reports, sometimes it can load for up to a minute in between each reactivation.
I had 209 reports to reactivate in one day and it took me over an hour.Also if a reports have completely deactivated and sits in the 'Inactive' drop down under 'Scheduled Reports', it flicks back to the main reports page every time you reactivate one. Then you have to go back into the inactive section to do each one.

Add Dynamic Availability to create a scarcity of rooms and sense of urgency to book
There is nothing in sales quite like a sense of scarcity (thus urgency) to sell a product.
I suggest a new inventory feature to be created of Dynamic Availability where:
- out of total availability, a hotel can define the number/percentage of rooms in each category that are available for initial sale at any one time; and,
- as guests book, a hotel defines the proportion of their inventory that is released for sale (drip fed) at any time (subject to total rooms)

Add “Auto‑Adjust Seasonal Rate Validity” Feature for RMS Cloud
I’d like to suggest a new feature that would allow users to set automatic seasonal rate validity periods directly within RMS Cloud. Currently, rate access for corporate or negotiated rates remains active until manually removed, which can be time‑consuming when managing changing seasonal agreements and negotiated rates. How do you handle guest feedback that comes in after checkout in RMS Cloud?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice from other RMS Cloud users. We often receive guest feedback a few days after checkout (usually by email or review platforms), and I’m not sure what the best way is to record or link this feedback inside RMS Cloud.
Do you log it manually under the guest profile, attach it to the reservation, or manage it outside the system entirely? I’d like to keep things organized without creating duplicate records. Any practical workflows or tips would be really helpful.

Improve Reporting & Dashboard Customization for Daily Operations
Hello RMS team,
First of all, thank you for continuously improving RMS Cloud. We’ve been using RMS for daily property operations and truly appreciate its flexibility and wide range of features.
One area I’d like to suggest for improvement is reporting and dashboard customization. While the existing reports are useful, it would be great to have:
More customizable dashboard widgets (KPIs, occupancy, revenue, housekeeping status, etc.)
The ability to save and share custom report templates across staff roles
Faster access to frequently used reports without navigating multiple menus
Optional visual summaries (charts/graphs) for quick decision-making
