Option to download guest ID from profile
Would be good if we could download/open the guest photo ID from the client profile. If it has been scanned or uploaded as a small image it is almost impossible to see the details on it.

enable notification of changes made in owner portal (by owners)
With the ability to allow owners to edit their contact details, emails address etc in within the portal, it would be good to have notification of these changes through the messaging system.
For example, we maintain an owner email distribution list external to RMS, so would need to have updates if owners adjusted their email address in the portal.
The functionally already exists for notifications of activity in the guest/client portal, so it would be great to have this enabled for the Owner Portal.

Completed tasks marked as clean in staff portal to move to a different tab
Currently, we have only two options: incomplete or complete. After we inspect a room and mark it as clean, it would be beneficial if the room could be moved to a separate tab. This adjustment would help us more easily identify which rooms still need to be checked.

Guest Portal - Ipad check in
User experience improvement on the Finish Pre Check In button to be optimise together with the signature screen. Guest often completed signature but is not aware they need to scroll down to the finish button to complete Ipad check in

Expand Payment Gateway Partnerships- Need CommBank "Simplify"
Please consider adding "Simplify" as a payment gateway as it is designed for small businesses with a flat fee per transaction. It is the new version of CommWeb

Mobile Version Guest Signature, ID Scanning and Registration card details.
I would like to request for a mobile version improvement. It would be better if there's a feature for Guest signature, ID Scanning on it.

Adding additional guests on Guest Portal
This has caused a major pain with duplicate accounts and we have to merge all the time because the same phone number or email was used. When adding a guest, it would be nice if it asked if it was a child, spouse, etc. When quests add their children, they end up adding their phone and email addresses. It would be nice if it was intuitive enough to put age or DOB for a child. Offer n/a if that is possible. Not always assuming each guest is an adult. Guests Credit Cards in the Pre Check In Portal When Company is paying on 30 Day account
When a company has been selected in the "bill to" section for both Accom and Extras there shouldnt be a requirement when completing the pre check in for a credit card to be entered.
We have a lot of issues with guests not wanting to place a credit card if the company is covering all charges.1 vote -

It would be great as part of own booking management within the portal if a guest could apply a discount/promo code to a booking.

Guest Portal - Limit guest payments to IBE
Ability to have an option to limit only IBE reservations to make payments via the guest portal.
Currently, if your business is paid by an OTA after departure, guests from an OTA (Booking.com or Airbnb) login to the guest portal and do make payments which then causes a refund issue.
