It has occurred to me as well. It appears that they are not open to the idea when I suggest it over the phone. There could be a workaround for this if more waiting areas/rooms were added with names such as wait1, wait2, etc. For statistical reasons, you can unselect the sales and occupancy statistics. You could call back priority list members if a room becomes available.
