    It would be great to be able to use hyperlinks in SMS messages to send customers to web pages with terms and conditions, pet policies, information for late arrivals, park maps, [Chill Guy Clicker](https://1games.io/chill-guy-clicker) etc. 160 characters is often not enough to get the message across, and cutting and pasting tiny URLs seems so old-fashioned, both for us and the customer with a smart phone.
