Add ID Icon to Guest Profile if Photo ID Uploaded in the Guest Portal
Show if photo ID has been uploaded to the guest portal on a reservation
I need to be able to see whether a guest has uploaded photo ID on a reservation, it is to many steps to click through client area and edit, how do i know if it has been uploaded without continually clicking in all the reservations and clicking on client etc.

Add Stock Sub Category as a Build Option on the Stock Control Report
I would like to be able to print Stock Control Reports by Sub Category as well as Stock Category
TO be able to sort by Sub Categories would allow easier manual inventories of Stock categories instead of entire departments

Corporate Portal - Add Credit Card Token Creation with Payment Gateways
Add the ability for Companies and Travel Agents to securely enter their credit card information in the Corporate Portal when using a payment gateway and have this create a CC Token in RMS.

RMS IBE to Display Availability Calendar on Mobile
It would be great if guests could view the online availability calendar on mobile devices.
When a guest wants to book certain dates on a computer they can search for dates and if they are not available click on the online calendar to search for other dates that might be available. However when attempting to book on a mobile device the online availability calendar is not an option. Increase font size of Name & Address on Receipts
Since the upgrade the fonts appear small

IBE - Ability to set Allowed Arrival Dates & Days on Date Picker & Availability Calendar
We have properties that close for certain periods of the year and have set arrival dates. Would like to be able set the Arrival Date so it opens on a set date and highlights on the calendar the possible arrival dates.

Ability for Guests to Upload Multiple Forms of Photo ID on the Guest Portal
Need ability to upload more than one photo and choose the type of Photo ID on guest portal
Good idea to ask guests to upload a photo ID, but don't necessarily need passport. Would be good for properties to specify the type of photo ID needed, eg driver's licence, Also need the ability for guests to upload more than one photo on the Guest Portal. Currently they can only upload one photo, and the "add" a photo button in the Client page.

Marketing Opt In/Out to be available on RMS Online Booking Engine

Triggered Correspondence Action - Pre Check-in Status
The option for triggers to work on reservations with a status of pre-check-in would be useful.

Automated Quote Reservation Process
This idea is basically an extension on the triggered correspondence functionality.
A customisable workflow solution would have triggers, decision points, actions and diary events.
For example, a quote followup workflow would be ;
- trigger quote status 7 days prior to arrival date.
- automatic workflow decisions based of field values, such as quotes for a specific agent might be ignored.
- automate a correspondence
- set a followup date.
- etc
Such workflow builders are common in CRM systems. I can provide more details if required.

Individual release back times for each online channel
Have the ability to set specific release back times for individual online channels.
Ie. Booking.com releases back at 2pm but RMS Book Now releases back at 10pm.
Also be able to adjust close out times for specific days of the week.

Move Location of "Book Via Interactive Map" button
When using the mobile version of the RMS IBE website, you do not see the "Book via Interactive Map" button unless you tap on the "Tap to modify reservation" option at the top. Customers have a hard time finding this unless we instruct them or they stumble across it on accident. Customers love to pick their site and this would make it a lot easier for them if the button was more visible when the results first loaded.

Apply Pre-Auth to Existing CC Tokens
CC Pre-Auth Token should be able to read any tokens already saved as a CC Token.
It shouldn't be necessary to re-obtain from the guest and re-enter credit card details that have already been provided and saved.
Would also like to see consideration for the CC Pre-Auth Token to be available 3 days prior to arrival for those organisations using RMS that do not meet guests to provide access, but instead provide keysafe/lockbox details before arrival.

Ability to Delete or Archive Message Threads in the Message Centre
If we complete a message from a guest on the message center, it just stays there. I know I can filter a date, but not if it is the same date. I want to whisp it away and get rid of it. Done! One more thing off the list!

An option for Add-Ons to post in to Extras instead of Accommodation
This would be particularly useful as a fail safe for 3rd party bookings where the guest requires an invoice for any add-ons that was paid for by them. As we can`t disclose 3rd party rates, currently these charges have to be moved by the team in to extras manually which creates a fair bit of room for error.
