Ability to Merge Guests & Accounts
If guest account (not reservation account) has been used, merge is not currently applicable. This would be useful as currently we have numerous guest profiles we cannot merge as one of them the account has been used.

great idea, as we have had to use a weird work around for this issue.
It would be wonderful if this feature were available. When there are multiple accounts for the same guest, it is quite annoying.
This would be a wonderful feature. its frustrating to have more than one account for the same guest.

This is a basic function of every other PMS system I've used. Quite odd RMS cannot do it.
I agree that this seems like an oversight that once a transaction has occurred on a guest that there is nothing we can do about it, and that it stays in the "Error" list for all time. It would be great to be able to merge these guests and merge the transaction history as per Alicia's comment.
