Ability to Set 'No Room Charge Back' on Reservations for use with POS & POS Lite
Place a "POS Stop Transaction" button or check box in the RMS reservation chart for in-house guests who have finalised their Extras Account before actually checking out.
Scenario:- A guest finalises their Accommodation and Extras accounts the day before they check out of the property – eg due to very early departure the following morning. In this situation we do not want the guest to be able to have additional transactions added to their Extras account via the POS.

Perfect. I know I'm old and my memory is going but I was sure that an older version of RMS used to have this feature!! Just something simple would be great (ie, don't over-think it). Tick a box on the res screen and guest is unable to charge to their account from any of the hotel's outlets. Of course, RMS must then also "talk to" RMS POS!!
Cash guests should not be allowed to charge items from other outlets back to their room account.
I would like a tick box on the reservation for all departments to be aware nothing to post to the reservation but settle direct with the outlet.
Need to be able to block rooms from charging other incidentals to rooms if they have paid cash bond. ie. Bistro, mini bar, internet etc
Is there a way that RMS can talk to SwiftPos to block people who are "Room Only" from charging back to thier rooms. I suggest maybe a tickbox in RMS

The ability to add no posting function to a reservation that flows through to H&L. This way a guest is unable to charge back to their room from hotel venues and an alert will appear at outlets indicating they cannot charge to room.
This would also be ideal for guests who do not have authority to charge via POS back to their room! For use on arrival.
