When you are entering the cc details of a guest it would be helpful if you could see the page behind as you always forget the name and/or spelling of the guest. As it is, you have to ask the guest again for their name

Credit Card Tokens are created for a Credit Card and are not required to be the same name as the guest details displaying on the reservation.
As a best practice when creating a Credit Card token over the phone the ‘Name on the Card’ should be entered along with the other card details.

I had this problem too, but then realised that the guest name is in the res summary at the top of the screen.
