Booking Chart - Add Button 'Yesterday' Next to 'Today' Button
If we had a yesterday button on the booking chart we could at a glance know which sites had been checked out and would be available to put someone in for that day. It would also make it easier to make reservation the following morning for guests that arrived after hours the day before.

After careful consideration and in alignment with our long-term development roadmap for RMS we have made the decision not to proceed with this feature request.
We deeply value the feedback from our users and understand the frustration that may result from a highly voted user suggestion not being included in future development. Our goal is to communicate our decisions transparently about which features we intend to implement and those that we do not.
Simplifying the RMS user experience and implementing features that will provide the largest benefit for the most customers continues to be a driving force in our development roadmap and we look forward to introducing exciting new features from our user suggestions in the coming months.

Additional Triggered Correspondence Options
Triggered correspondence is great but I think anyone using it would benefit from having more send options. For example, I want all reservations to receive an email reminder five days prior to arrival. If I use triggered correspondence for that, anyone who makes a reservation with less than five days to arrival receives my reminder. This is really awkward when I have a walk in guest and RMS sends them an arrival reminder.

Blacklist online bookings
Blacklisted clients cannot use the online booking system. They should get a message to refer them to call the property for vacancies, or a message saying the room is not available? (or something similar)

When generating and emailing the invoice the pdf name should be client name, date of booking rather than date of invoice and inv number.
Its confusing when you send a batch of invoices all on the same day direct from the system for different bookings ie 8 weeks booked throughout the year and every invoice has the same file name so it looks like a duplicate rather than separate invoices. If it had the client name, start date of booking and invoice number as the attachment name it would be far more efficient. ie Playschool Booking WC 17.08.15 Inv 22659

Ability to Refund with No Credit on Account
Allow refunds even when there is no credit on the account. This would allow a cash payout to a guest such as to pay for a cab or for change to use a vending machine. A security setting could be added to allow only certain employees the ability to over refund.

Ability to Add or Remove Columns from the Arrival List Report
Add possibility to add-/remove columns and rows under "more options" as some columns are not relevant to us. We prefer to export report using "pdf " but are then unable to modify.

A data field that shows the "deposit due-deposit payment" remaining deposit due
data field that is "deposit due" - "Payment made" = remaining amount due of Deposit?? example: Deposit due of $256.98- deposit payment $90.00 = Payment due... This is helpful for us when doing our advance reservations for a year or more. Our guests make a deposit to secure the reservations, then are required to pay balance of required deposit to secure reservations. At this moment there is no such data field to show on correspondence.

Please design a feature to allow us to keep 1 booking, and increase or reduce the number of extra guests and related charge, which will also appear correctly on the Daily Movements Cleaning report and not appear as a departure and arrival on the same day

RMS smart print auto update
RMS Smart Print Client Update function does not work, It would be nice if the Client auto updated when a new version is released.
We currently see issues with version 1.0.3 where the service will stop for no reason and you cannot restart the server or even put a monitor on the service for self remediation via RMM solutions.
Version 1.0.6 is more stable but also lacks an auto update functionPlease add an auto update function and more reliable self heal options. It would also be nice if patch notes were published and available for us to review maybe…

2 way SMS - virtual mobile number to show Park Name
Can we have the virtual mobile number to show as Park name not just a number
3 votesUpon further investigation with our SMS provider we are unable to facilitate this request.
Being a 2-way SMS integration where recipients have the ability to reply prevents the provider from displaying a string of text in place of the number.
To ensure guests understand who the message has been received from we recommend including the property name in the first or last part of the message.

Have the RMS Vault Recognise an invalid CC number. T
The Vault should have the ability to recognise if a CC number is incorrect or invalid.
The Credit Card field in the client profile recognise's this so why cant the Vault.2 votesThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
RMS Vault is designed as a PCI Compliant storage method to assist properties who have not yet setup with a Payment Gateway. As RMS Vault is a storage only facility it does not validate credit card details.
To have credit card number validation it is recommended to connect with a Payment Gateway and set this up in RMS for PCI Compliant storage and charging of credit cards.

Increase the length of the Address Field for Online Bookings
Increase the length of the Address Field for the Online Reservations. We are losing reservations because they can't get their reservation to go through. If any of you have gotten a phone call telling you their cards won't go through, despite trying multiple cards, but you can make the reservation over the phone just fine,THIS is the issue.It tells the customer it is a credit card error, but the error is in the address field. It needs to be more than 24 characters. RMS is losing out on online booking fees as well as they book over the phone.

After extensive testing on the RMS IBE we have been able to confirm that addresses longer than 24 characters can be input and will be retained on the Guest Details of the reservation.

Be able to adjust the date when receipting a payment
Be able to adjust (back date) a receipt when processing a payment. As it stands, when you enter a payment for an eftpos payment, if you don't receipt the payment on the actual day, it creates an imbalance on your daily totals matched to your eftpos summary for the day. Yes, better accounting practices should mean that all payments are receipted at time of payment BUT there are cases where this doesn't happen.

Declined Credit Card Button in the Vault
When a guest uses the book now button in the Vault and they enter their credit card details, there is no were we can report a declinded card when we process it.
It would be good if the customer received a notification and ability to change their details with a new card.2 votes -

Change date font on form letters to Calibri
The date on all form letters reverts to Times New Roman, despite the rest of the letter being in Calibri font.
Can we make sure the date font is changed to the same font as the rest of the letter?2 votes
