Email marketing still works today. It is important to be able to create emails and customize them for each individual case. Artificial intelligence helps me a lot in this. Please note that when setting up a Form Letter as HTML it will send as the email content and can have any required signature included.
These Form Letters can then also be used for Triggered Correspondence.
