Allow PDF export of NPS Client Survey Report
The NPS Guest Survey Report is currently not able to be exported to PDF. As we manage four different parks, we want to be able to generate a monthly report of survey responses to discuss issues raised with our park managers either by email or in person with a printed report. Most other reports in RMS are able to be exported to a range of different file types so this should be available. While I understand it is an interactive report where you can click through to the reservation details, it would be great to have the option to export to PDF as well.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
We are pleased to advise that the ability to export and schedule the NPS Report is now available in Reports version 1.18.285.0. This version is currently in the RMS 9+ RC environment and will be available in Live with the next Reports release.
We appreciate your valuable feedback and look forward to introducing exciting new features from our user suggestions in the coming months.
Kind Regards,
RMS Product Development

It would be greatly helpful if the export could include the apartment (area) number they stayed in as well as the guest name. Currently you need to view the booking to find out who it was and the apartment/area number

Couldn't agree more. I have also created a suggestion to allow the scheduling of the NPS reports. I believe that having the NPS report drop into your inbox every day would allow prompt action for issues raised by guests.

At the moment you have to click and build the NPS report each time that you would like to see feedback. It would be a huge help to have the NPS feedback drop into our inbox each day.
Alternatively, it would be great to receive a notification about a new response that has been posted. -

It would be great to be able to print and/or export our NPS survey info.
It would be even better to be able to respond to feedback directly by clicking on the feedback. Sure, one can copy their email address and type a new email but it would be much more efficient to be able to click a button and do this from the report.
The ability to print/export is a must. -

100% agree with this. It is frustrating only being able to look through the information on the screen.
