How can we improve RMS?

Print OTA Notes

It would be nice to be able to print OTA notes using the Report Writer.
I have been told that you can print Reservation notes and Guest notes and almost any other notes but no OTA notes......wonder why ?

Currently available in RMS 9+ Report Writer is the ability to include the Reservation OTA Note field in search statements and exported data.

    I'm sorry I don't fully understand your email.
    Are we able to print OTA notes or not ?
    If we are...….what is the field name we should be using ?
