email correspondence (read receipt option)
It would be very helpful to know that the client has received emails (read receipt option) This will help in eliminating "I did not receive any emails from you"

We are pleased to advise that Email Read Receipts are now released and available without any setup required. To view, please go to the Correspondence tab of any reservation or guest profile where emailed correspondence has been sent.

I don't see this feature. I sent a correspondence today and received a reply but don't see anywhere on the guest profile/correspondence tab showing it was read. Where on the screen is this?
