How can we improve RMS?

I would like to see on the booking chart Surname and Balance to be paid option. So I can see who needs a call.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.

Currently available in RMS 9+ on the Booking Chart is the Text View option ‘Surname Balance’.

    Thanks, so it's credit status that shows balance.. Not Balance. Modify the suggestion, could you change the option to surname and credit status. As Surname and Balance is really a non event.
