I would like when you email the receipt of the deposit paid it will send a booking confirmation with it.
Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS 9+, Triggered Correspondence can be setup to send at the time of Reservation Confirmation.
When a Receipt is applied to the Reservation Account RMS will change the Reservation Status to ‘Confirmed’ which will then trigger this letter or SMS to be sent based on the options selected in setup.
