Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in RMS 9+ is the ability to create mailing list and printable labels for mailing using Report Writer.

We limit user access to Report Writer so it is not available to a lot of our users and therefore this doesn't work in our environment.
