I would like more standardised reporting options so that I can better understand where my business is coming from.
You currently have standard reports that will provide performance data by company & travel agent. It would be good if there were options for this type of reporting that pull from market segments and booking source fields.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
Currently available in all versions of RMS are reports that can provide performance information based on a variety of subjects including Booking Source or Rate Type.
