Customise the Fields Displayed in the Booking Chart Data Window
I would like to edit the 'data window' content in the booking chart
I would like to edit the 'data window' content in the booking chart, we would like to see mobile number and bedding configuration and we wish to remove the 'dwelling slide' as it's not a feature we use. Apparently the data window is hard coded and cannot be customised.

Thank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS.
We are pleased to advise that each user can customise their Booking Chart Data Window to only display the fields they need to see. This feature update is currently available in the RMS Beta environment and will be publicly available with the next released update to the Live environment.

Can you please enable the data window to show the guest's state/town/postcode or address? This will save valuable time being able to see this from the data window instead of opening all reservations to check addresses to see if we need to contact the guests if they can/cannot travel with ongoing border restrictions.

Allow users to customise the fields that appear in the data window.
For example Remove redundant/unsed ones like Property, Category, Fixed and Dwelling Slide,
Add other fields from the Reservation like Group Name, Postcode, Deposit, Balance

Edit content in the Data Window of the Booking Chart.
We have a great need for being able to edit the Data Window in the Booking Chart. This would save our employees a lot of time by not having to go into a reservation to get the data we need. The fields in the window are not needed for the most part.

Add car rego to show in Data Window.
Have options so properties can choose what information shows in the window

Sorry, forgot to mention that all these menu items are located at the bottom of the Booking Chart.

We solved this problem by changing the setting under the "Color:" drop down menu to "Credit Status" That will change everyone's color to either owing or not.
Also, its handy to note that by changing the "Text:" drop down menu item to "Last Name + Balance" will display the guests name AND balance on the grid ready to view. After I found that out I we use it all the time now.

It would be great if the booking chart (as we view it most of the time) could indicate, via a prominent colour change, that a checked in booking has an outstanding amount and even be able to show on the chart via colour what date the booking is paid to. This would be extremely handy especially in the case of bookings due to check out so that outstanding amounts can be dealt with prior to check out instead of post check out.

Hover feature should show the amount due from a guest in larger text and in red if not paid

Currently, we can only see if there is an outstanding balance or zero balance. In order to see what that guest did pay, we have to open the reservation and click on "account summary". It should show all this on the hover feature with the account showing the balance in Red if still owed and black if paid. Not just $0.00
