Message Centre Notification on Add Requirement from Guest Portal
An alert to come up when someone adds a requirement through the guest portal.
its great that with the new feature i can now display optional extras for guests in the portal. However some optional extras require arrangements to be made ahead of time like booking a tour or some hire equipment.
Could we get an alert in the message centre when someone adds an optional extra in the guest portal so it can be actioned immediately?

Guests can add requirements to their reservations in the guest portal however you can only see that if you open a reservation and it is easily missed. The red alert speech bubble for notifications needs to show up when a requirement is made to a reservation so that management know there is a request to action. It would also be good if a reservation with a requirement attached somehow looked different in all the lists like the arrivals and departures lists. perhaps the name could change colour or be bold?? There needs to be another way to identify a change has been made because the change is essentially being made without managements knowledge and leads to errors.

maybe it could be that in the calander after the name there is a symbol an R in a circle or something that you can see that alerts you to their being something you need to see with a booking.
