Pre-checkin - better wording on buttons so guests don't worry that they are paying twice
Guest portal - pre-checkin - After guest accepts T&C's the button reads "Continue to payment" this has caused many guests to call saying they have paid and won't continue further, thus pre-check in is not completed. If the button read only "Continue" guests would reach the payment page which clearly states "Card details required for incidentals". This would save time for staff and guests.

The wording for the Pre check in on the guest portal is misleading. The prompts tell the guest they need to continue to payment or go back to previous page, Guests are not using the pre check in feature because they have already paid and think they are going to be charged again.
