Adding additional guests on Guest Portal
This has caused a major pain with duplicate accounts and we have to merge all the time because the same phone number or email was used. When adding a guest, it would be nice if it asked if it was a child, spouse, etc. When quests add their children, they end up adding their phone and email addresses. It would be nice if it was intuitive enough to put age or DOB for a child. Offer n/a if that is possible. Not always assuming each guest is an adult. I am including this comment from one of our guests that I received today:

You really need to make the GUEST FORMS age appropriate. A child will not have a phone number nor a spouse or car. You should identify the parent of the child and remove the other "adult" required fields.
Having to fill in car information on all guests should also be an option for any guest other than primary. Possibly link the required auto info to the number of cars for the reservation.
My observations and suggestions as a guest having to fill in this information. I would like to applaud you that having this information online is a huge plus.
