Enhancing User Interface Customization Options
Hi RMS Team,
I appreciate all the hard work you put into making RMS a robust and versatile platform. One feature I believe could significantly improve the user experience is expanded customization options for the user interface.
Specifically, could you consider adding more flexibility in the way users can arrange and personalize their dashboards? For example, it would be incredibly helpful to allow users to create custom widgets or choose from a broader selection of pre-built widgets that align with their unique workflows. Additionally, the ability to adjust the layout of these widgets or to save and switch between different dashboard configurations would be a great enhancement.
How feasible is it to implement these customization options, and do you have any plans to incorporate them in upcoming updates?

First of all, thank you for continuously improving RMS Cloud. We’ve been using RMS for daily property operations and truly appreciate its flexibility and wide range of features.
One area I’d like to suggest for improvement is reporting and dashboard customization. While the existing reports are useful, it would be great to have:
More customizable dashboard widgets (KPIs, occupancy, revenue, housekeeping status, etc.)
The ability to save and share custom report templates across staff roles
Faster access to frequently used reports without navigating multiple menus
Optional visual summaries (charts/graphs) for quick decision-making
These enhancements would help managers and front-desk teams gain insights faster and streamline daily workflows, especially during peak operational hours.
