Since RMS has "fixed" the bug of saying no on extension to not move the departure date, a lot of our guests who have their rooms extended and a specific schedule for their booking because of long stay etc. have had their departure clean missed. so now housekeeping doesnt get the task a lot of the time since we extend rooms so much - plus then when we extend rooms the prompt to reset housekeeping comes up we say no because we have a schedule specific to that guest for their extended stay.
So if RMS doesnt want to change it back, i say, on extension, and clciking yes to reset housekeeping, if there is a scheduled housekeeping task which is outside of the default task, it stays and the other default tasks don't generate except for updating the arrival and departure housekeeping task.
This isn't ideal and would prefer for RMS to bring back moving the departure clean with the departure date. doesnt make sense to not be like this.
worst case, should have a third option on reset houseekping to be just as above.
