Specifically, is there a way to make the system prompt users to position their passport exactly within a camera frame or guide box before uploading? We have encountered several cases where the uploaded passport images were unclear, making it difficult for our team to verify the documents.
Alternatively, is there another method to ensure only clear images are accepted during online pre-registration?
