Enhance file sharing within RMS
One thing that could really improve RMS is making it easier to share large files with guests or team members. Sometimes we need to send documents, reports, or media, and built-in options feel a bit limited.
In some cases, I’ve used external tools like SwiftSend for quick transfers, but having something similar integrated or supported would definitely make the workflow smoother.
