The ability to stop Guests booking Online at least 2 months in Advance
I would like to see a feature which allows me to easily stop clients from booking at least 2 months in advance on RMS Book Now. As it is I set my tariffs for over a year in advance for we get return customers who like to re book upon departure for the following year. This means I have to be organized and have my tariffs set but this also means that on line bookings can be made also. I have not got the time to continuously block them all out and I am scared I will miss one. Where I have the check box option to include a room on RMS online. I would like to see an option to set for only 1,2 or 3 months in advance from today's date.
This feature will not allow online booking to be made to far into the future. We may not need them as things change and I do not want them booking my return customers rooms before they have a chance to re book.

I too would like a limit on the number of days in advance that a booking can be made. Updating tariffs that far out is one issue as well as having to block certain sites and room that may be have a different use in the future such as long term stays vs short term, rooms that have property management agreements that renew annually and should not be available to book unless renewed, etc. Ann Quiggle
