Option to Void Charges on Cancel Reservation

Add the ability for a user to select to void charges off the Reservation Account when Cancelling a Reservation.

    I wonder if some of the problem is that RMS does not handle "rules" for refunding or retaining all or part of advance deposits. In the same way the advance deposits have "rules" , cancellations should as well, such as # of days before arrival, all or % of deposit refundable, etc.

    Cancelling reservations step by step: account, void charge, sundry fee, refund, check #, print, yes, print, yes, exit, exit, cancel, are you sure, yes, save & exit. 16 steps and five minutes later we have cancelled the reservation. RMS, please consider consolidating a few of these steps. Thank you
