Default Print Action for Receipts
When receipting, the system automatically defaults to remember the last action, it would be good to have a defaulted action without being changed each transaction or to have the pop up option (like RMS8 had) whether to receipt, email, tax invoice or exit without printing.

If the default was no action, it would be so much simpler. The guest does not have to remember to check if no action is selected if they need email, print, etc.

It would be so much easier if the default was no action. It is easier to select email or print etc if the guest needs one than remembering to check if it is set to no action.

when system remembers last used option you need to work for the system to bring back regular option. With a default the system works for YOU!

If reviewing the functionality of the default receipt printing process - may I suggest that we add to the drop down list of actions to choose from an additional option, namely email and print Tax Invoice. Given that most guests are more interested in receiving a Tax Invoice and the only way to do this at present is a manual duplicated processed.

and to make matters worse - with the latest "upgrade" - it now gets stuck on email invoice or print invoice and won't remember "no action". Half the day cancelling tax invoices etc so I can extend an overnight van stay. frustration has a new definition :(
