We put dirty rooms out of order over the weekend to save on housekeeping. It would be great if you didn't have to release the maintenance and manually change the status of the room to a departure.
It should roll over as the status it was before the maintenance is put on.
This original suggestion was from 2015 and the 'maintenance inspect' option isn't on RMS anymore.

sorry we do not understand your response. we still have to manually set a room to clean after it has come off maintenance but sometimes the room is clean and not dirty.
