An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedThanks for getting back to me. The main reason to have a checkbox or dropdown forcing you to select a payment method is so that a default payment is not used instead of an intended one. For example, ours is set to "Cash" by default which means that many payments go through as Cash by mistake if an employee is going to fast, distracted or absent-minded, even though the actual payment is made by CC, Debit or some other form of payment. I hope this helps!
