Out of Service for individual Maintenance Tickets
It would be fantastic to have the ability to control which maintenance orders are included in the occupancy calculation and which ones are not.
Currently, you can switch it for the entire property, but for strata title, when a room is going in or out of the inventory pool it is traditionally made available to sell several weeks in advance to be able to start selling the room, however this starts to skew occupancy immediately.
Also useful for longer term renovations that should not be reported to STR.

Manually pause or cancel a trigger
To be able to cancel triggered correspondance on an individual booking. There are occations where you do not need to send something to a guest and you're unable to stop a trigger from sending out.

Assets - Add Filter for Property
As an Enterprise User all Assets for all properties are listed in this view. It would be beneficial to have a property filter to return results based on the selected property. It's confusing for other lodges to see Assets for Other Lodges here. Currently we need a prefix code in the asset description so we can filter results.

Form Letters Merge Field to Calculate Rate for Upgraded Room Type
Upgrading rooms is a useful way to increase income, particularly during the quieter periods.
It would be great to have a merge field that would recalculate the total tariff based on a different room type. The merge field would need to include a parameter to indicate the room type to be calculated.
This way we could quickly offer upgrades in our standard letters, alone the lines of.

recurring charge option in the Owner's Adhoc
A recurring charge option in the Owner's Adhoc or Manager tab would be extremely helpful.
Currently, there is a "Create Expense" function in the Manager tab, but it only supports monthly charges and still requires manual processing.
It would be ideal to have the ability to set up daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurring charges directly in the Adhoc tab.
Having this feature would greatly streamline processes and help prevent missed charges, especially when managing a large number of properties.

Ability to Hide add ons and area class In allotment setup.
Similar to how in the availability screen you can sort by category class, the ability to filter these in the allotment screen would be helpful as we have a number of room types, add ons and other area classes setup it can be hard work to scroll through to find and add the correct rooms into allotments when creating them

Allow a colour palette for Travel agent in the drop down box in the bookings chart
I would like to have the ability to look at my guests reservation in the bookings chart and select "Travel Agent" from the drop down box. Then be able to see a different colour representing each different Travel Agent and to be able to select a colour which I want to use to represent the travel agent that the guest has booked through. At the same time be able to see the guests name in the cell which represents the booking, eg Booked through booking.com is blue and the surmane is over-wriiten on the colour..

Reservation requirements to go to housekeeping roster
Currently, reservation requirements are assigned to the to-do chart. It would be more efficient for these requirements to be routed to the housekeeping roster.

When setting up package template, it needs to have the posting rhythm so that you can say which days to charge as well as to include or exclude to/the from date.

I would like to update the Add On feature so we can drag to parking
I would like to be able to drag the Add On to a different area. We are frequently needing to move the reserved parks around to fit in the limited spaces available. I would like the Add On feature to allow us to click on the carpark reservation in the Booking Chart and drag it to a new car space, the same as we can move reservations from one room to another?

Allow RMS cut key send Names guests details as well
When we cut the keys would be great if allow to send also the guests names details to the encoder. At the moment it will not send any names details to visionline encoder

Do discovery calls with larger hotels regarding pain points
Many areas of the setup seem like they would be ok for a small hotel but quickly become cumbersome. It would be good to do discovery calls as to the pain points for your larger/growing customers so that the PMS can adapt and keep up with some of the other options on the market for user friendliness on a setup point of view.

Export functions on Room Type & Rate Type Setup Screens
It would be great to get an export function on some of the setup screens for the following reasons.
- Record setup at a point in time,
- Export, manipulate and delegate to someone to make the changes
- So you can do some lookup functions etc to be able to get a condensed list of things that aren't the way they should be
- ID's such as Rate Type ID and Room Type ID are only on these screens, when required for Channel Manager CSV Uploading you have to manually type it all from two different screens.

Rate Type Reordering currently very time consuming
Maintaining Rate Type orders so staff know which rate to sell first is very important. Currently when creating a new Rate Type, it inevitably doesn't fall where you would like it, you have to select that individual Rate Type and press an up or down arrow until it is where you want it. If you have 200 Rate Types, you click 200 times to get it from top to bottom.
Suggest either a 2-column setup where you put in the number, and it bumps the Rate Type that currently has that number down the list by 1, or a drag-and-drop…

late checkout full automation
Newbook has the facility where it will recognise if the site or cabin is available the next day and send an automated text to the guest to offer a late checkout. The guest can then respond with a particular response, this will then activate for a charge to be raised and then park staff will charge the credit card on file. Would be great to see RMS have a similar option.
