Individual release back times for each online channel
Have the ability to set specific release back times for individual online channels.
Ie. Booking.com releases back at 2pm but RMS Book Now releases back at 10pm.
Also be able to adjust close out times for specific days of the week.
ie. on Friday and Saturday all channels close out at 2pm and Sunday -Thursday they close out at 8pm.21 votesThank you for your suggestion on a way we can improve RMS 9+.

******Rate Parity Adjustment on Tariff Manager******
A function when setting up channels that allows a percentage to be applied to OTA channels to increase their price vs own price. Example would be when setting up the channel with Booking.com, you could set the rate parity adjustment to 1.1 which would increase the pricing of all booking.com prices 10% above the BAR rate. This method is available on other channel managers and saves all the extra work involved if trying to do this using the current methods.

Make Rate Manager more user friendly
The current iteration of Rate Manager is extremely clunky, especially the Control panel. Suggest developers look at Site Minder as an example of a clean, modern and most importantly, USER FRIENDLY, interface that is simple to use but has all the features needed. In my opinion, the RMS Rate Manager was designed by people who don't have to use the feature on a daily basis.

Online Checkins Filter Expedia and Booking.com Virtual Cards
If a guest who has paid one of these two popular OTAs wants to do an online checkin for late arrival or whatever. Could RMS detect an expedia or booking.com virtual card to exclude a prepayment requirement. I realize one can filter out ALL expedia and booking.com reservations from prepaying requirements as well as stipulate that they need to create a token.The Expedia virtual cards, for example, have the word "expedia" in the token. We have had prepaid guests from Expedia pay twice because of the settings. We have also had OTA guests (more than one might expect) perpetuate fraud…

Qantas / Jetstar Virtual Credit Card to drop into RMS
Currently, Qantas / Jetstar bookings don't have the VCC's drop into the system. Have them drop into RMS

A search function on the channel manager would be really useful instead of scrolling through rate codes to find the one you are looking for.

Receive a notification when a booking is not delivered in RMS/rejected by RMS
Would be helpful to receive error messages and/or emails when a booking is not delivered to RMS for whatever reason. As otherwise we will have no idea a booking has failed to deliver/has not been made in RMS. This has now happened with us twice where the booking was valid on booking.com extranet but we did not receive any email notification about the booking being made, nor did we receive any error notification that the booking has failed to integrate with our PMS channel

A method to apply a percentage increase to tariffs within specific tariff periods instead of having to create new tariffs for each period.

Exclude Fixed Reservations from Inventory for Channels
I would like channel managers (booking.com) to look at fixed reservations and not include as available inventory for "Quote" reservations
Currently booking.com does not look at FIXED reservations when looking at inventory for available nights. Booking.com will still allow a "Quote" reservation and disregards bookings that are fixed and cannot be moved.

Add Channel Rate ID and Channel Room Type ID columns to Channel Management Mapping
Include Channel Rate Id and Channel Room Type (Category) ID columns in Mapping in Channel Management to assist in identifying Rates or Room Types sent by Expedia when multiple Rates or Room types use the same description.
Channel Rate ID and Channel Room Type ID are included on Channel Room Type Comparison report so info is in RMS.

Be able to select and move multiple charges at once
If a room has parking that is meant to be on Extras 2 and they have been in for 10 nights. Instead of having to move one at a time you could highlight multiple and move multiple

CHANNEL MANAGER AGENT SETUP
Currently the Travel Agents that are default through the Channel manager Set-up do not appaer in the main travel agents list.
I want to be able to add Notes and requirements to the travel agents in the channel manager1 vote -
It would be great if consumption credits were available throughout a guest's stay
When creating packages with consumption credits, the consumption credits should be available throughout the stay and expire upon check out. Currently, we the system zeroes out these credits if not used in the day that they were given and it creates extra work on the back end to correct and apply properly for guests staying more than one night.
