Promote the Suggestion Box
Promote the Suggestion Box and or new Suggestion weekly, The Suggestion Box seems to be forgotten about, if it was promoted regularly you might find more votes & ideas are given, the home screen on RMS9+ would be a good spot.

Thank you everyone for your valuable feedback regarding our User Suggestion Box.
As you may have noticed over the past few months we have taken significant steps to increase visibility and access to our User Suggestion Box as well as updated the processes surrounding our interactions with customers who have taken the time to provide feedback.
Our User Suggestion Box is monitored daily with our most popular suggestions being put forward for consideration into a future development sprint. As suggestions progress they are updated to reflect the current work status, with notifications sent to subscribers any time there is a status update as well as once the feature has been released to the Beta environment (where applicable) or a publicly accessible environment.
Thank you for your patience as we transitioned to this new process, we strongly value the input of our users and look forward to introducing exciting new features to you in the coming months.

This idea is great! I did not even know a suggestion box like this existed so some promotion would do some good.

Great idea! I didn't even know it existed until I asked a question via a service request and was directed here. I'm glad to see this as there are several things that I've found that could be improved upon.

I think it would be helpful for an overview of suggestions to be emailed to properties weekly/monthly so that properties see other user suggestions in their inbox, and have the opportunity to vote from there. I imagine people rarely proactively look at the suggestion box, but if the information is sent to them then suggestions will be more likely get votes and provide a better indication of actual user feedback

And the ability to sort them by date, by Vote Count etc... would be good too!

So we can see how old suggestions are and when RMS last replied to one!
